FRANK'S® FRATATTA 
1/2 onion, chopped
2 green/red sweet peppers, chopped
1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. white wine
6-8 eggs
1/2 stick pepperoni, sliced
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 potato, chopped (cubes 1/4")
1/4 tsp. salt

Coat pan with olive oil, add onion, pepperoni, peppers, mushrooms and potato. Saute ingredients until desired tenderness. Mix eggs, milk, wine, garlic powder and salt in bowl. Blend until smooth. Add to pan and cook. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese or Mozzarella cheese (if you choose) over Fratatta. Serves 4 to 6.
