BLUEBERRY MUFFINS 
2 c. flour
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. mace
3/4 c. milk
1 egg
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. blueberries
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Combine first 5 ingredients. Add milk, egg, butter and vanilla. Mix until dry ingredients are moistened. Lightly fold in blueberries. Spoon into well greased muffin pans. Combine butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Sprinkle over top of muffin batter before baking. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Yields 10 to 12 muffins.
