BLUE CHEESE DRESSING 
1 qt. real mayonnaise
1 1/2 tbsp. garlic powder (not salt)
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce (may double to bring out tang)
Dash of salt
1/2 lemon, juiced
1/2 lb. Blue cheese

Mix. Let stand overnight. Keeps up to one month in the refrigerator. Good on tossed salad, as a dip, to stuff celery, etc.
