CLAM PIE 
2 cans minced clams with juice
1 stick melted butter
2 tbsp. chipped onion
1 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. oregano
3 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix above ingredients thoroughly. Pat in unlined 9 inch pie pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Can be frozen, thawed then baked. Serve warm with crackers.
