3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. raisins
Grated orange rind
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. cream

Mix all ingredients in mixer until fluffy. Put into buttered baking dish and cover top with tiny marshmallows. Bake at 375 degrees until marshmallows are golden brown.
