BAKED HAM CONCORD 
1 ham
2 onions
1 dash cinnamon
1 dash cloves
1 dash allspice
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. grape juice
1 c. bread crumbs

Cover the ham with water and add the cinnamon, cloves, onions and allspice. Simmer over a low fire for about 23 minutes for each pound. Drain. Remove the skin and cut the fat in a crisscross design. Place ham in roasting pan, cover with mixture of bread crumbs and brown sugar. Pour the grape juice into the pan. Bake for 5 minutes in hot oven (450 degrees). Then reduce heat to slow and baste with grape juice, basting every 5 minutes. Bake about 10 minutes per pound in a slow oven (300 degrees). The grape juice gives the ham a delicious flavor and a pleasing reddish hue.
