1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter or shortening, use pastry cutter
Pinch salt
1 beaten egg
1 tsp. white vinegar
3-4 tbsp. cold water

Use pastry cutter on dry ingredients. Add cold liquid mixture and blend to moisten. Excellent for fruit pies.
