BUTTERSCOTCH DELIGHT 
1 1/4 c. plain flour
1 1/4 sticks butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
1 c. confectioners' sugar
2 boxes instant butterscotch pudding
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix flour and butter together. Press into 9 x 14 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Chill thoroughly. Combine cream cheese, Cool Whip, and confectioners' sugar. Spread over chilled crust, then chill. Mix instant pudding, milk, and vanilla together and spread over second layer. Chill. Spread top with Cool Whip and nuts. Store in refrigerator.
