LA VONNE'S CHICKEN VERONA 
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. parsley, minced
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Pinch dry mustard
3/4 c. butter, melted
1 clover garlic, minced (or 1 tsp. garlic powder)
1 chicken (whole parts or breasts)

Mix bread crumbs with cheese, parsley, salt, pepper and mustard. Mix the melted butter and garlic. Dip the chicken pieces into the butter. Dredge in the crumb mixture and arrange in a single layer in a shallow baking pan. Sprinkle the remaining butter over the top. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
