MYSTERY CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1/2 c. vegetable oil
8 oz. sour cream
5 lg. eggs
3 tbsp. vanilla extract

Mix all together in a large bowl.

SPICE MIXTURE:

3/4 c. sugar
1/8 c. ground cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix all together in a small bowl.

Grease and flour a bundt pan. Starting with spice mixture, alternate layers of the spice mixture and cake mixture in the bundt pan. End with a spice mixture layer on top. Bake at 350 degrees 45 to 50 minutes. This is a very moist coffee cake, Yum!
