BROCCOLI WITH BACON AND WALNUTS 
1 lb. broccoli, cut into flowerets
4 slices bacon, diced
1/4 c. chopped scallions
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

In large saucepan, cook broccoli until tender crisp. Transfer to serving dish and keep warm. In large skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Remove with slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Add to skillet the scallions and cook for 2 minutes. Add walnuts and saute for 5 minutes, stirring frequently until golden. Remove and sprinkle with bacon over broccoli and serve.
