OREO COOKIE DESSERT 
1 sm. pkg. Oreos
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
2 (8 oz.) cartons whipped topping
1 lg. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 c. butter
1 c. powdered sugar

Crush Oreos and put in 9 x 13 inch pan. Reserve 1/3 cup for topping. Melt butter and pour over crushed Oreos. Refrigerate 1 hour. Mix cream cheese and sugar. Add 1 carton whipped topping. Spread over Oreos. Refrigerate 1 hour. Prepare pudding and spread over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate 1 hour. Spread second carton of whipped topping on top and sprinkle with remaining crushed Oreos. Keep refrigerated.
