NOODLE KUGEL 
8 oz. noodles, any width
1 c. sour cream
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
1 sm. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter
2 eggs
Cinnamon to taste

Cook noodles in boiling water until almost done, drain and set aside. In small bowl, melt butter and add cream cheese. In large mixer bowl, beat eggs, add sour cream, cottage cheese, butter mixture and sugar, beating well after each addition. Blend in cinnamon and raisins. Fold in noodles. Pour into greased casserole and set in pan of water. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 8.
