ITALIAN MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 handful garlic powder
1 handful onion powder
1 handful Parmesan cheese
1 handful Italian seasonings
3 eggs
2-3 cans tomato sauce
Oil for frying

Mix all ingredients except tomato sauce in a large bowl until uniform. Heat oil in skillet. Form meatballs about 1" in diameter and brown in skillet. Put browned meatballs in 13"x9" pan and cover with tomato sauce. Top with additional Italian spices and Parmesan cheese, if desired. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for about an hour. Or simmer in crock pot on low setting for several hours for an easy Sunday entree.
