APPLE CRISP PIE 
4 c. peeled, sliced apples
1/4 c. orange juice
1 pie crust

TOPPING:

1/4 c. butter
2/3 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Butter 9-inch glass pie plate. Arrange apples in pie plate, mounding them in center. Pour orange juices over apples. In bowl, combine brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs; sprinkle over apples. Bake 45-55 minutes until topping is browned and apples are tender.
