CRISP - TOP APPLE PIE | |
1/4 c. flour 1 1/4 tsp. baking powder 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 3/4 c. sugar 1 egg 1/2 c. pecans, chopped 1/2 c. dates, chopped 1 1/2 c. apples, sliced Beat egg well. Add sugar and beat, add flour, baking powder, salt and vanilla and beat well. Add pecans, dates and apples and stir well. Pour into 9 inch square dish (greased). Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. |
