SPINACH DIP 
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. finely chopped green onion
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Beau Monde
1 tsp. lemon juice

Mix all ingredients and cover. Let stand in refrigerator for 24 hours. Serve in hollowed out loaf of bread, using pieces of bread to dip.
