CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
2 tomatoes
1 c. shredded cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10 x 1 1/2 inch pie plate. Brown beef and onion; drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Spread in pie pan. Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth. Pour into pie pan. Bake 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5-8 minutes longer. Cool 5 minutes. 6 to 8 servings.
