YORKSHIRE PUDDING 
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 well-beaten eggs

Sift flour and salt. Mix milk with eggs. Add to dry ingredients and beat with rotary beater until smooth.

One-half hour before serving, drain all but 1/4 cup drippings from roasting pan. Or bake in 8-inch square Pyrex dish with 1/4 cup drippings poured in first in preheated 400 degree oven for 30 minutes. When done, cut in serving pieces.
