YORKSHIRE PUDDING
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
Pinch baking powder, about 1/8 tsp.
1 c. milk
2 well beaten eggs

Sift flour with salt and baking powder. Mix together milk and well beaten eggs. Add to dry ingredients. Beat until smooth. Pour into greased (lightly) pan or muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, until lightly browned.

You may also use pan drippings for grease and use a frying pan on top of stove. Put batter in and fry. You may put gravy or syrup on Yorkshire when eating.
