PASTA SALAD 
1 lb. pasta spirals, tri-colored
1 tomato, diced
1 sm. green pepper, diced
1 cucumber, diced
2 stalks celery
1/4 lb. pepperoni slices, quartered
3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tsp. Salad Supreme (McCormick's)
1 lg. Viva Italian salad dressing
1 sm. Bermuda onion, chopped

Cook pasta according to package. Drain. Cool. Combine all ingredients, mix well. Refrigerate, overnight, if possible. Add more dressing just before serving, if salad is too dry.
