APPLE PIZZA 
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. cold water

Mix flour, salt, shortening and cheese. Sprinkle with ice water. Stir with a spoon to form into a ball. Spread onto a large or 2 small pizza pans. Turn up edges.

TOPPING:

6 c. thinly sliced apples
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. powdered creamer
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. butter

In bowl, mix apples and lemon juice. Set aside. Mix all other ingredients except butter. Spread half over crust. Cut butter into other half and mix well. Spread apples on pizza. Add remaining crumb mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or yogurt, whipped cream, or plain.
