CHICKEN REUBEN 
4 chicken breasts, split
1 lb. jar sauerkraut, drained well
4 oz. sliced Swiss cheese
1 c. Thousand Island dressing

Place chicken in pan. Spread sauerkraut over chicken. Lay slices of cheese over sauerkraut. Spread salad dressing over cheese. Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
