PECAN PIE 
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. dark corn syrup (Karo)
2/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecan halves
9 inch unbaked pastry shell

Preheat oven and cookie sheet to 350 degrees. In large bowl, stir first 5 ingredients until well blended. Stir in pecans. Pour into pastry shell. Bake on cookie sheet for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Cool.
