CHICKEN 
8-12 chicken breasts, deboned & skinned
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Smithfield bacon, room temperature
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. jar chipped beef

Line chip beef in bottom of dish. Roll chicken breasts with bacon around it; secure with a toothpick. Place wrapped chicken on chipped beef. Mix sour cream with soup and pour over chicken. Cover dish and bake 2 hours at 300 degrees. Uncover and bake 25 minutes at 375 degrees.
