BEET JELLY 
4 c. beet juice
1 regular size pkg. Sure Jell
6 c. sugar
1 pkg. black raspberry Jello

Add 1 package sure jell to beet juice. Bring to a full rolling boil. Cool. Add sugar. Cook 5 to 10 minutes. Add 1 package black raspberry Jello. Stir until dissolved; then skim. Pour into jars and seal. This tastes like raspberry jelly.
