CHICKEN ORIENTAL 
2 c. celery, thinly sliced 2 onions, thinly sliced
1 c. carrots, thinly sliced
1/2 c. mushrooms, thinly sliced
4 c. bean sprouts
1 c. green beans
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. cornstarch
6 c. cooked chicken, chopped 1/4 c. honey
3/4 c. soy sauce
2 c. water
4 chicken bouillon cubes
Cooked rice
Chow mein noodles

Cook celery, onions, carrots, mushrooms, and green beans until crisp-tender. Blend in cornstarch. Stir in bean sprouts, bouillon, honey, soy, and water.

Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally until thickened. Adjust honey and soy to taste. Add chicken and simmer 5 minutes. Serve over rice. Sprinkle with noodles.
