1 head cauliflower, broken up
1 head broccoli, broken up
3-4 stalks celery, chopped
1 onion, chopped (optional)
1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing mix
1 pkg. frozen peas

Drain vegetables well. Mix with dressing mix. Refrigerate overnight. It may be necessary to use all the dressing depending on how large heads of cauliflower and broccoli are used.
