BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli spears (cooked until tender and drain)
1 can cream of celery soup
2 eggs
4 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. grated onion
1/2 to 3/4 c. Ritz cracker crumbs

Mix all ingredients except crumbs. Pour into an 8-inch square buttered dish. Sprinkle top with cracker crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
