ORIENTAL CHICKEN WINGS 
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/3 c. soy sauce
3/4 c. hot water
16 chicken wings

Mix together brown sugar, ginger and garlic powder; add soy sauce and then hot water.

Cut chicken wings at joint and cut off tips and discard them. Marinate wings overnight or for at least 8 hours. Bake at 400 degrees in a foil lined baking dish for about 1 hour. Makes 32 pieces.
