LEMON CHESS PIE 
1 (8 inch) pie crust, unbaked
3/4 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
Juice of 1 lemon

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt butter. Add sugar. Mix. Stir in eggs. Add lemon juice. Pour into pie crust. Bake approximately 20 minutes or until light brown and crusty. Serves 6.
