PEANUT SALAD 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen peas, thawed
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. green onion, chopped
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. Spanish peanuts, with skins

Do not cook peas. Mix peas, celery, onion and sour cream. Just before serving, toss in peanuts; nice served circled by tomato aspic. Serves 4 to 6.
