CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breast
UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 stick marg.
1/2 chopped onion
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Boil chicken breast until done. Debone and pull into small pieces. Cook rice according to directions on box mix soup, milk, butter, onion and flour in small saucepan and bring to light boil.

In casserole dish layer with rice on bottom then chicken pieces. Pour soup mixture over chicken. Top with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
