HOMEMADE CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. fresh sliced mushrooms (I dice half and leave half sliced)
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 cups milk
1 (15 oz.) can chicken broth (Swanson)
1 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
1 cup dairy sour cream

In large saucepan sauté mushrooms and onions in butter until tender. Sprinkle with flour, salt, pepper and mix well. Gradually stir in milk, broth and bouillon. Bring to a boil, cook and stir for 2 minutes. Reduce heat. Stir in dairy sour cream and heat through - do not re-boil.

Serve and enjoy!
