CHEESY POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
10 oz. Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine everything and bake in greased 9x13 inch pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
