CHILI CON QUESA 
10 hot cherry peppers, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 lbs. Velveeta cheese, reg. or Mexican hot
2 cans tomatoes, drained and chopped

Saute peppers and onions in a little oil in a large frying pan until soft. Add tomatoes and simmer until all liquid has evaporated. Add Velveeta and heat until melted. Serve with tortilla chips. Can be reheated in microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
