CHILI CON QUESA | |
10 hot cherry peppers, chopped 1 lg. onion, chopped 2 lbs. Velveeta cheese, reg. or Mexican hot 2 cans tomatoes, drained and chopped Saute peppers and onions in a little oil in a large frying pan until soft. Add tomatoes and simmer until all liquid has evaporated. Add Velveeta and heat until melted. Serve with tortilla chips. Can be reheated in microwave. |
