STRAWBERRY CHEESE PIE 
12 oz. cream cheese
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. sugar
1 lb. whole frozen strawberries
1 c. syrup (from berries)
2 tbsp. cornstarch

Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter (add cinnamon to taste - optional) and press into a 9-inch pie plate along bottom and up sides.

Cream together cheese and sugar; beat in 1 egg at a time. Add vanilla. Pour into crust and bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and let stand.

Mix sour cream and sugar. Spread on pie and put back in oven for 5 minutes. Make a glaze on stove top by combining strawberry juice and cornstarch. Spoon onto pie and place strawberries on top. Refrigerate.
