16 oz. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Speck of cinnamon
1/2 pt. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat ingredients until smooth. Put cinnamon in graham cracker shell using recipe on cracker box and pat into pie plate. Pour mixed ingredients in and bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove from oven.

Raise temperature to 450 degrees. Cover pie with 1/2 pint sour cream, 2 tablespoons sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla mixed together. Bake 5 minutes. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with strawberries or cherries.
