QUICK BREAD STICKS 
1/3 c. butter
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk

Put butter in jelly roll pan and melt in oven. Remove as soon as melted. Sift together flour, sugar, powder and salt. Add the milk and stir with fork until dough clings together. Knead about 10 times then roll into rectangle about 1/2 inch thick. Cut in half lengthwise, then cut crosswise into about 16 strips. Dip each strip of dough into the melted butter, arrange on pan, not touching. Bake at 450 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Goes great with chili.
