BUTTERMILK CUSTARD 
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. plain flour
3 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 unbaked pie shells

Add flour to sugar; mix into sugar mixture the remaining ingredients. Pour into pie shells. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn off oven and let pies set in oven for 30 minutes or until firm.
