CHOCOLATE CHEESE CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 cubes butter
1 c. chopped nuts (opt.)

Mix and pat into 9"x12" pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees and let cool.

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip (the other 1/2 on top)

Whip and spread on cooled crust.

1 lg. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
4 c. milk

Mix until thick and spread on above. Let set you up in refrigerator and top with Cool Whip.
