LAYERED FRUIT SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 tsp. lemon rind
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 c. strawberries
2 c. grapes
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 c. peaches
2 c. blueberries
2 tbsp. chopped nuts

Combine cream cheese, sugar, and lemon juice. Beat in Cool Whip. Layer the Cool Whip mixture with layers of fruit. (I have used bananas, kiwi fruit, and fresh pineapple for substitutes above. Even oranges can be used if they are a variety that is not very juicy, such as navel.)
