WORKING WOMEN'S VEGE-BEEF SOUP 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef (do not brown)
1 or 2 beef bouillon cubes
3 cans mixed vegetables
1 sm. can tomatoes
1/2 lg. can tomato juice
1/4 to 1/2 head cabbage, shredded (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Water

Place ground beef and bouillon cubes in soup pot, cover with water and cook until ground beef is done. Stir often so that beef breaks apart. Add rest of ingredients. Add water, depending on amount of tomato taste you prefer. Simmer approximately 1 hour (until cabbage is done).
