KEY LIME PIE 
1 can condensed milk
4 egg yolks
1/2 c. lime juice
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
6 tbsp. sugar
1 baked pie shell

Beat 1 egg white stiff. Fold into mixture of condensed milk, egg yolks, and lime juice. Beat egg whites (3) and gradually add 6 tablespoons sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar. Pour lime mixture into baked pie shell, then spread beaten egg whites on top. Bake at 350 degrees until egg whites are golden brown.
