CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 box croutons
1 c. butter
3 c. cooked cubed chicken
2 tbsp. onion
1 can evaporated milk
10 oz. frozen peas
2 cans cream of chicken soup

Melt butter and mix with croutons. Cover bottom of pan with half of the mixture. Mix the rest of ingredients together and pour on top of croutons. Put other half of croutons on top. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
