SAUSAGE WITH MUSTARD SAUCE 
3 lb. Polish sausage, Kielbasa
1/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. cream
1 c. water
1 onion, chopped
1 tbsp. vinegar
4 tbsp. prepared mustard
Pinch of sugar
Salt and pepper

Slice sausage into 1/2 inch pieces. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees; drain.

In saucepan, brown butter and flour. Add remaining ingredients and stir until thickened. Pour over sausage and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
