WHITE FUDGE 
1 stick butter
1 stick butter
5 c. sugar
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 sm. jar (7 oz.) marshmallow cream
3 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. chopped black walnuts or 1/4 tsp. black walnut flavoring
2 c. pecans, chopped

Melt butter and butter in large saucepan, add sugar and milk. Cook over meidum heat to a hard boil, then boil hard stirring constantly for 12 minutes. Remove from heat and beat with mixer 1 minute, add vanilla and marshmallow cream and beat 2 minutes with mixer, then add nuts. Pour into a well buttered 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 inch pan.
