EDAMAME SALAD 
3 cups edamame
1 can corn (11 oz.)
4-6 medium radishes
¼ cup cilantro/ scallions
½ cup rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp wasabi powder
1 tsp. minced garlic

Combine garlic, oil, wasabi powder, and rice wine vinegar in a cup. Combine all other ingredients in a bowl. Pour mixture over other ingredients in bowl and lightly toss salad.
