MEARLS STIR FRY 
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 sm. garlic clove
3/4 lb. cubed meat, your choice
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 c. broth
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, carrots, water chestnuts
1 tbsp. sherry

Combine cornstarch, soy sauce, sherry, garlic; add meat, coat and set aside for 15 minutes.

Heat oil in large skillet. Remove meat to skillet. Brown. Reserve marinate. Blend broth in it. Stir into meat and vegetables. Bring to a boil and simmer.
