SNOWBALL PUDDING 
1 sm. pkg. lime gelatin
3/4 c. water
1 c. pineapple juice
3 egg whites

Cook pineapple juice and water to a boil. Add lime gelatin to dissolve. Chill until syrupy. Beat egg whites until fluffy and fold into gelatin mixture. Pour into single serving dishes and chill until firm. Serve with whipped cream.
